We do not give refunds because you changed your mind. Please check before you buy: Keybeat needs macOS 14.4 or newer, and the how it works page says what it can and cannot do.
Your right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU, the EEA and Norway normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends when delivery starts, if you agreed to it first.
Keybeat is delivered right away. So at checkout you are asked to:
- agree that delivery starts immediately, and
- confirm that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once it does.
Your receipt email confirms this. If you did not give that agreement, the normal 14-day right of withdrawal applies, and you can use it by emailing us.
When you do get your money back
- The app is faulty or not as described. Email us first. We will try to fix it. If we cannot, within a reasonable time, you get a refund. This is your right under consumer law, and this policy does not limit it.
- You were charged by mistake. For example you bought twice, or were charged the wrong amount. We refund the extra charge.
- The law requires it in any other case.
Our payment provider, Polar, may also refund an order at its own discretion, for example to settle a payment dispute with your bank.
How to reach us
- Find your order number. It is in your receipt email.
- Email hello@triplefourapp.com with your order number and what went wrong. For a fault, tell us your Mac model and macOS version.
We answer within two working days.
How a refund is paid
The payment provider pays the refund to the payment method you used. Card refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Any VAT or sales tax you paid is refunded with it. After a full refund your license key stops working.
